Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes we ship to ALL the countries in the world, so don’t worry! Every shipment comes with a tracking number which will permit you to localize at any time your box .
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Most of the time we work with DHL. Sometimes with UPS, Fedex or the national peruvian post service, Serpost. All are 100% safe. If you live in Peru or planning to come to visit here, let us know and we can deliver it to you here in town, 100% free.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
It takes about 10/12 days.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB cards. You can also choose to pay by PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to our e-store. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.

How do I place an Order?
Once you have found an item, select your size and use the ‘ADD TO SHOPPING BAG’ button underneath.
Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the ‘SHOPPING BAG’ link at the top of the page. You can add products to your Wish List or use the ‘REMOVE FROM BASKET’ link to delete items from your shopping bag.
Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You can cancel items or orders that haven’t entered the shipping process yet by visiting the Order section in Your Account and contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can place an online order without creating an account. The advantage of creating an account is that it makes the checkout process much faster for future purchases—you won’t be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information each time you shop.

How Can I Return a Product?
You can return any item to us within 7 days of receiving your original order, including sale items. As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note – you’ll need to cover the postage costs yourself. It’s a good idea to mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any duties. We try hard to accept all returns and they don’t need to be in the original box or bag, as long as they’re securely packed. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
